This is a journal entry of mine from 1st grade. The words still ring true (or at least the spirit of the words). We serve an awesome God. We have been abundantly blessed. We must make use of every resource available to us. We must leverage ourselves for the cause of Christ. This is our true and proper worship: to know Him and to make Him known. It is our purpose, our privilege.
We have not only received earthly freedom in Christ, but eternal freedom. The latter is far greater. What love the Father has lavished, that we can be called His children.
Rejoice always; pray without ceasing.
