If I wind up with children down the road, my prayer is that they would see Jesus in me. So many children have to “happen upon” a role model, a spiritual mentor, and a first friend. I want to be these things for my child, within the home. My prayer is that whenever I die, my children (still hypothetical) will have their arms raised to the One they’ve come to know as Savior. That they would have had someone that showed them what it means to love like Jesus and the motivation behind doing do. That they would have experienced His warm embrace through me. That they would know that the everlasting joy that is found in His name alone trumps every hardship of this world, including death, because He defeated death on our behalf. That their lives might be a declaration of His love to everyone they meet. That is my prayer. That is a life well lived. That is a legacy worth leaving. #LETMEINTRODUCEYOU
